Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items purchased from Line Central within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
All returns must have an RMA. (see below)
*Special Order Items*
Most special order items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, if returned. Some special order items—according to manufacturer's policy—will have special return restrictions, which will be made clear before purchase is made.
RMA Numbers
All returns should have a "Return Materials Authorization" (RMA) number, marked clearly on the box and documented inside the box. To receive an RMA, call 785-437-2046.
